XP PowerDIN rail installation AC-DC power supply

XP Power officially announced the launch of three new DIN rail-mounted AC-DC power supplies, which can provide a compact, lightweight and affordable DIN rail solution for industrial electronics, control and portfolio management applications. Three new series (DRC30, DRC60 and DRC100) provide 30W, 60W and 100W power levels in a lightweight package that is easy to integrate.

Compared with other power solutions, this competitively priced product can not only save costs, but also this thin and light shell allows DRC series power supplies to be placed side by side with circuit breakers in user products. This convection-cooled product provides Class II applications without safety grounding, reducing installation time and costs.

Installation is fast and simple screw terminal input and output connections. For installations with long output cables, the front panel regulator allows the output voltage to be adjusted (approximately -10%/+15%) to compensate for any voltage drops. The "DC power-on" LED indicator provides clear and instant visual instructions to facilitate user operations.

Since the conduction and radiation of the DRC DIN rail power supply has passed the EN55032 Class B safety certification, there is no need for additional filtering to meet EMC requirements, thereby saving cost, space and time. All three products have input and output protection functions, so that users can rest assured that the equipment itself and the load it supplies will be fully protected.

For convenience and wide applicability, the product can be powered from AC (85 to 264VAC) or DC (120 to 370VDC), and the operating temperature range is between -40°C and +70°C, and in extreme temperature ranges Internal derating can also provide up to 91% efficiency and 4kV input to output isolation. All series of this product provide DC output of 12V, 15V, 24V and 48V, 30W and 60W series also provide additional 5V version.
