New LED Drivers from Taiwan Semiconductor -TSCR420CX6H and TSCR421CX6H

Taiwan Semiconductor augmented its existing TSCR4xx line of LED drivers with two new low-side constant current regulators for automotive LEDs.
TSC recently announced the availability of the TSCR420CX6H and the TSCR421CX6H. The AEC-Q100 qualified LED drivers regulate with a preset 10mA nominal current that can be adjusted up to 300 mA via an external resistor.

Both devices are low side regulators, meaning that they attach electrically to ground, rather than to the VS Supply. The TSCR421CX6H can be pulse-width modulated (PWM) up to 10 kHz by a microcontroller for LED dimming.
If more than 300 mA needs to be sourced, these automotive LED drivers can be hooked up in parallel.
