Thin film chip resistors address precision resistor requirements of automotive applications

The NTRA series of automotive-grade thin-film chip resistors from NIC Components addresses precision resistor requirements of automotive applications. The NTRA series products are AEC Q-200 qualified and supported from TS-16494 certified component production site. NTRA series features the stability over temperature, low noise and precise tolerances of thin film construction, in small low profile flat chip packages. Features include:

• Sizes that include EIA 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, 2010, and 2512 case sizes.
• Power ratings covering 0.063 watt ~ 0.50 watt.
• Operating temperature range of -55°C to +155°C with power rating derated above +70°C.
• Voltage ratings covering 25V ~ 200V.
• Resistance values from 10 Ohm to 10 Meg-Ohm.
