Taiwan Semiconductor SS13M, SS14M, and SS16M 1.0A surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers are designed for use in low voltage high frequency inverters, free-wheeling, DC to DC converters, and polarity protection applications. Taiwan Semiconductor SS13M, SS14M, and SS16M Schottky barrier rectifiers feature a very low profile typical height of 0.60mm and are ideal for automated placement. Taiwan Semiconductor SS1xM devices provide low forward voltage drop, low power losses, and high efficiency.
