NN30195A is a synchronous DC/DC step down regulator comprising of a controller IC and two power MOSFETs. It employs the hysteretic control topology, which provides fast response to minimize output voltage change when load current changes suddenly. It features internal compensation with built-in protection features including Under Voltage Lockout (UVLO), Thermal Shut Down (TSD), Over Voltage Detection (OVD), Under Voltage Detection (UVD), and Over Current Protection.
