IDEC Corporation, Sunnyvale, CA – Now available in 12V DC, 24V AC/DC or 120V AC, AP22M pilot lights use high-intensity LEDs to provide ultra-bright visibility even in direct sunlight! A unique optical design makes them twice as bright as standard pilot lights when viewed from the front and up to 100 times brighter than standard pilot lights when viewed from the side. AP22M pilot lights are designed for applications that require accurate recognition, regardless of external conditions.

A great option for solar and outdoor applications, such as operator controls for machinery and equipment, control panels, and public information systems, where visibility from any angle and status indication are crucial, even in sunlight. These pilot lights also work well in indoor applications where high visibility is required due to bright lighting or conditions where dirt and dust buildup is common, such as waste water treatment plants or car washes. With a Type 4X rating, c-UL-us listed and EN standard compliant, AP22M conforms to all relevant standards.

These pilot lights are available in red, green, yellow, amber, blue, and white with a choice of colored lenses for bold, vibrant colors, or a clear lens for increased contrast between on and off. AP22M pilot lights have a unibody design and integrated terminal cover with IP20 finger-safe screw terminal connections. A 22.3mm mounting hole is compliant with IEC 60947-5-1.
