SiC Power Modules for high efficiency

SEMIKRON can today offer both hybrid and full SiC power modules in four different packages, taking full advantage of the unique features of each package.
 
The modules cover a power range from 10kW to 250kW and offer flexibility with either solder pin, spring, press fit pin and conventional screw power terminals.
 
The very latest silicon carbide and silicon chips are used within the packages with voltage ratings of 600V, 650V and 1700V (other voltages on request) and current ratings from 10A to 500A.
 
SEMIKRON can provide full application and design support, from evaluation PCBs, sophisticated simulation tools through to fully customised chip sets, modules and topologies.
