Serial EEPROMs span 1 kbit to 1 Mbit

The S-24C and S-25C series serial EEPROMs have 2-wire or SPI interfaces, a capacity range of 1 Kbit to 1 Mbit, and are specified for 40° to 85° operation. The devices feature 1.7 to 5.5-V write operation at up to 400 kHz with 16-byte/page writes and 100 year retention at 25°C.

The 128-Kbit two-wire versions take 0.8 mA in read and 4.0 mA in write (max), with 4.5-µA standby current. The 128-Kbit SPI version takes 2.5 mA in read and 4.0 mA in write. They come is 8-pin SNT, SOP, or TSSOP packages. (Ea/10,000: $0.35 to $0.38 for 2-Kbit versions — most versions available now.)
