NTC chip thermistors come in compact sizes with high temperature ratings to +150°C

Ametherm (Carson City, NV) introduced four new series of NTC chip thermistors for high-accuracy temperature measurement. The STC0134-X, STC0138-X, STC0143, and STC0144-X Series devices are available in a variety of compact sizes, while providing fast response times and high-temperature operation to +150 °C. The NTC chip thermistors deliver repeatable performance for temperature monitoring and compensation in hybrid circuits for ICs in robotic assemblies and military telecom systems. For increased reliability, the devices' electrode surface is available in gold to prevent oxidation. Providing a high-stability replacement for leaded small-disc thermistors, STC0134-X, STC0138-X, STC0143, and STC0144-X Series devices experience minimal drift from their initial electrical values. And feature:
- Resistance at 25°C from 100 Ω to 5000 Ω.
- Tolerance down to ± 5 percent.
- Beta from 3,000 K to 3,523 K.
