SAMA5D3 eMPUs operate at up to 536MHz (850DMIPS) at under 200mW, making them ideal for cost-sensitive industrial and consumer applications. These Atmel devices include state-of-the-art security features and provide a comprehensive peripheral set for connectivity and user interface applications. SAMA5D3 devices come in a 0.8mm ball pitch package that reduces PCB design complexity and contributes to lower system cost. Evaluation kits are available for each of the SAMA5D3 series devices.
