R3 has a significant improvement in reducing the no-load consumption and raising the light-load efficiency, which solve the temperature raise problem perfectly when operating in light-load conditions for a long time and enhance the reliability. Mornsun R3 converters meet UL/EN 60950 certification.

  • FTU monitors three phase current, voltage and switching signals, and perform actions based on the data analysis.
    Under normal circumstances, FTU powered by an AC/DC power from the mains power supply to the entire system while charging the battery. When the mains power failure, the automatic switch quickly switched from the main power supply to the battery mode, that is, the battery power supply the DC/DC module URF4805LP-20WR3. Since the common battery is 24V or 48V, the DC/DC module needs to be compatible with 24V & 48V. Due to long-term electricity to charge the battery, surge and other interference from the battery easily coupled to the control system, so the DC/DC module required high isolation, such as URF4805LP-20WR3 has 3000VDC isolation.
