Foreseeing the vast market potential in the future for the medical field and the increasing demands for standard power supply, in order to further meet the application requirements of the built-in type medical power supplies from global medical equipments and inspection instruments, MEAN WELL is pleased to unveil the new generation miniature green open frame type medical power supply—RPS family after the external medical grade adaptor—GSM family which is in compliance with the latest Level VI energy regulations was released to the market. 

The first announced miniature open frame type medical grade RPS-30/45/65 series all comply with IEC60601-1 3rd version, ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1 and TUV EN60601-1 medical related safety regulations, possessing 2 x MOPP isolation level and ultra low leakage current (<100uA) that is ready to be applied to type BF (Body Floating, patient contact type) medical equipments. Furthermore, with the ultra low no load power consumption (<0.1W) to meet the energy-saving requirement, these products are suitable to meet the demands for medical inspection or monitoring equipments requiring ultra low leakage current and low power consumption while at standby mode, hemodialysis machine, medical monitoring system, normothermic warming blanket, and so on.
