KEMET High Voltage C0G Dielectric SMD MLCCs

The High Voltage C0G Dielectric Surface Mount MLCCs from KEMET feature a maximum operating temperature of 125oC (min. -55oC), voltage from 500VDC to 3000VDC, and are rated Class I materials by the Electronics Components, Assemblies & Materials Association (EIA). The C0G material incorporated into these SMD MLCCs from KEMET is temperature compensating and exhibits no capacitance change with respect to time and voltage and very minimal change in capacitance with respect to ambient temperature. In addition, these capacitors are available in commercial as well as automotive grades that meet the Automotive Electronics Council's stringent AEC-Q200 qualification requirements. Other features and benefits of these capacitors include no piezoelectric noise, high thermal stability, high ripple current capability, minimal installation issues due to a non-polar design, and manufacturing in state-of-the-art ISO/TS 16949:2002 certified facilities.
