The Panasonic Electronic Components PAN1455 and PAN1555 modules make it easier than ever to integrate Bluetooth communication into your final product. The PAN1455 and PAN1555 Bluetooth modules include on-board microcontrollers that optionally include multiple BT profiles, including SPP, HSP, HFP, and HDP. These Panasonic Electronic Components devices are based on the Cambridge BlueCore6-ROM (BC06). The PAN1455 is excellent for projects requiring an external antenna and the PAN1555 includes an integrated ceramic antenna. The PAN1455 and PAN1555 modules are compatible with version 2.0 of the Bluetooth Specification + Enhanced Data Rate (EDR) up to 3Mbits/s. These Panasonic Electronic Components modules deliver greater simplicity of use, lower power consumption, and enhanced security. The PAN1455 and PAN1555 are 100% footprint compatible with the PAN1450 and PAN1550 and backward compatible with older Bluetooth devices.
