NXP i.MX 8M Applications Processors feature Arm® Cortex®-A53 and Cortex-M4 cores designed to meet enriched user experience requirements for smart devices applications. The i.MX 8M provide industry leading multimedia processing with up to four 1.5GHz Arm Cortex-A53 and Cortex-M4 cores. The devices also feature flexible memory options and high-speed connectivity interfaces. These high-performance processors address new requirements for streaming media and 3D graphics. Full 4K High Dynamic Range (HDR) is supported along with pro audio fidelity with up to 20 audio channels and DSD512 audio. The i.MX 8M processors' small size (0.65 mm pitch) allow for smaller and more compact form factors.
