Digital variable gain amplifier offers low noise figure of 3.8dB

a dual channel Digital Variable Gain Amplifier. TriQuint’s TQC9311 offers the lowest noise figure for any currently available Dual Channel DVGA. The low noise figure of 3.8dB makes the TQC9311 ideal for use before a mixer in small cell and DAS applications. Other features include:

  • Covering 0.4 to 3.6GHz and complying with 1.8 or 3.3V logic.
  • A highly linear OIP3 of 36.5dBm.
  • 55dB of channel isolation.
  • A 7x7mm, 32-pin package.
