Ultra Low Power LDO Voltage Regulator
Very low quiescent current, only 1μA in operation, makes the XC6206P302MR-G series ideal for power critical applications. Designed for use with low ESR ceramic capacitors, the XC6206P302MR-G is capable of handling output currents over 200mA. The low drop-out performance and built-in current limit circuit make the XC6206P302MR-G ideal for a wide range of applications.
