Vishay VSMB294002 & VSMG285011 IR Emitters deliver 850nm (VSMG28511) or 940nm (VSMG294008) emitting diodes using GaAlAs technology with a high radiant power and high speed switching. They are available with a lens in a clear molded un-tinted plastic packages with gull-wing or reverse gull-wing leads. Applications include: Data transmission, IR illumination for CCTV, photo-interrupters, shaft encoders, optical switches, and smoke detectors.
