TD62783APG Product Details

The TD62783APG is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array IC that can drive up to 8 channels of LEDs or other loads with a voltage range of 50V and a maximum current of 500mA per channel.

One of its notable features is its built-in clamp diodes that can suppress inductive voltage spikes when the outputs are switched off, which helps protect the IC and connected devices from damage.
