I. Overview:
The SM8013B is a high-performance current-mode PWM control IC that is composed of external high-voltage MOSFETs.
High-power switching power supply. It has a small startup current and operating current, ensuring low standby power consumption and high operating efficiency.
By adjusting peripheral devices, the PWM operating frequency is changed to meet the needs of various customers. In the case of no-load or light-load, The chip will reduce the PWM operating frequency (>22KHz), further reducing the switching losses.
SM8013B also has excellent over-current protection (OCP), overload protection (OLP), chip VDD over-voltage clamping Undervoltage lockout function (UVLO). At the same time, the maximum voltage of chip driver output is kept at 18V to ensure the external high-voltage MOSFET tube Safe and reliable work. Internal frequency-jittering function guarantees good EMI performance of the power system.
