PRA1000 Product Details
The is a high-voltage, gold-metalized, R JC TBD �C/W laterally diffused metal oxide semiconductor (LDMOS) RF Power transistor suitable for pulsed applications. Thermal Resistance (T CASE = 70 �C) The is a versitle device well suited for long & short pulsed applications including; DME, TACAN, TCAS and MODE S applications operating from to 36V. Table 2. Both a human-body model (HBM) and a charged-device model (CDM) qualification requirement in order to determine ESD-susceptibility limits and protection design evaluation. ESD voltage thresholds are dependent on the circuit parameters used in each of the models, as defined by JEDEC's JESD22-A114 (HBM) and JESD22-C101 (CDM) standards. Caution: MOS devices are susceptible to damage from electrostatic charge. Reasonable precautions in handling and packaging MOS devices should be observed.

If there is something wrong with the PRA1000 we delivered, we will accept the replacement or return of the PRA1000 only when all of the below conditions are fulfilled:
(1)Such as a deficiency in quantity, delivery of wrong items, and apparent external defects (breakage and rust, etc.), and we acknowledge such problems.
(2)We are informed of the defect described above within 90 days after the delivery of PRA1000.
(3)The PRA1000 is unused and only in the original unpacked packaging.
