The MPX2053/MPXV2053G/MPXM2053 device series offer silicon piezoresistive pressure sensors with highly accurate and linear voltage output directly proportional to the applied pressure.
- Supports applications such as pump/motor control, robotics, level detectors, pressure switching, medical diagnostics, and blood pressure measurement
- Provides a single monolithic silicon diaphragm with the strain gauge and a thin-film resistor network integrated on-chip
- Enables precise span and offset calibration and temperature compensation
