MEM1005PP251T001 Product Details

TDK’s MEM1005PP series multilayer 3‐terminal filter features miniature dimensions of just 1.0 mm x 0.5 mm x 0.35 mm and is ideally suited for EMI suppression in smart phone and base station applications. Typically, capacitors, inductors, or a combination of these components are used to suppress interference in the communication frequency bands of smart phones and other devices. The MEM1005PP251T combines two capacitors and an inductor in the form of a Pi filter into a single component, resulting in not only a reduction in the number of components used, but also a 61% footprint reduction as compared with existing product.

TDK MEM EMC Filters are multilayer chip devices that provide sharp attenuation characteristics with excellent EMC suppression. The MEM series features an entirely monolithic structure that results in high reliability. These EMC filters cover a wide range of frequencies and are available in L, T, and -circuit types.
