Based on the highly energy-efficient Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core and operating at CPU frequencies of up to 100 MHz, NXP’s 32-bit LPC51U68JBD64QL microcontrollers for embedded applications feature larger memory resources including 96 KB of on-chip SRAM and 256 KB of on-chip Flash programming memory with Flash accelerator.NXP’s LPC51U68JBD64QL MCUs features added performance, expanded memory resources and flexible serial port configuration, including USB connectivity, bringing unparalleled design flexibility, computing performance and integration into the demanding IoT and industrial applications. In addition, this MCU is pin-compatible with the LPC5411x and LPC5410x MCU families providing scalability options to Arm Cortex-M4 cores.Additionally, the LPCXpressoTM family of boards provides a powerful and flexible development system for NXP's Cortex-M family of MCUs. The LPCXpresso51U68 board has been developed by NXP to enable evaluation of prototyping with the LPC51U68JBD64QL MCU leveraging the power-efficiency of the Cortex-M0+ core and extensive connectivity capabilities provided by the device. The board also features an onboard, high-speed USB debug probe, which can support CMSIS-DAP or SEGGER J-Link compatible debug probes.<strong>Features:</strong> Onboard Link2 debug probe can be used with onboard LPC51U68JBD64QL or external target, Target reset, ISP/user, and WAKE buttons, Onboard 1.8 V/3.3 V or external power supply options, FTDI UART connector, External debug probe option, Tri-color LED, Expansion options via on Arduino UNO and Pmod™ plus additional expansion port pins, Built-in power consumption measurement, UART, I2C, and SPI port bridging from LPC51U68JBD64QL to USB via the onboard debug probe
