JN5164/001 Product Details
The JN5164/001 is an ultra low power, high performance wireless microcontroller supporting RF4CEand IEEE802.15.4 networking stacks to facilitate the development of Home Automation,Smart Lighting, remote control or wireless sensor applications. It features an enhanced32-bit RISC processor with 160 kB embedded Flash, 32 kB RAM and 4 kB EEPROM memory,offering high coding efficiency through variable width instructions, a multi-stageinstruction pipeline and low power operation with programmable clock speeds. It alsoincludes a 2.4 GHz IEEE802.15.4 compliant transceiver and a comprehensive mix ofanalogue and digital peripherals. The very low operating current of 15 mA, with a0.6 μA sleep timer mode, gives excellent battery life allowing operation direct from acoin cell.
The peripherals support a wide range of applications. They include a 2-wire I2C, and SPI ports which can operate as either master or slave, a four channel ADC with battery and a temperature sensor. It can support a large switch matrix of up to 100 elements, or alternatively a 20 key capacitive touch pad.
