HSP053-4M5 Product Details
STMicro's HSP053-4M5 protects against high-speed differential signals that are very sensitive to the ESD event users may trigger from the USB or HDMI connector. The ESD pulse can reach up to 16 A as per IEC61000-4-2 level 4 and must be securely grounded to avoid IC destruction. The HSP053-4M5 features strong 10 kV ESD protection in an innovative flow-through package that minimizes the impedance mismatches. It is fully transparent to the application thanks to its maximum 0.4 pF line capacitance allowing 18 GHz bandwidth. Such high bandwidth minimizes impact of the HSP053-4M5 on HDMI 2.1 and USB 3.1 Gen 2 eye diagrams.<strong>Features:</strong> Very compact 500 µm pitch package for easy PCB layout, Ultra-large bandwidth: 18 GHz, Ultra-low capacitance: 0.25 pF (I/O to GND), Low leakage current: <1 nA, HDMI 2.1, HDMI 2.0, HDMI 1.4, USB 3.1 Gen1 and Gen2, Digital video interface, Display port and serial ATA
