Description
The FD6288 is an integrated three independent half-bridge polar drive integrated circuit chip, designed for high voltage, high speed drive MOSFET and IGBT design for up to +250V jobs.
FD6288 built-in VCC/VBS undervoltage (UVLO) protection function to prevent the power tube from operating at too low a voltage.
FD6288 built-in pass-through prevention and dead time, prevent Drive the high and low side MOSFET or IGBT through,effective protection of power devices.
FD6288 built-in input signal filtering to prevent input noise sound interference.
