AT91RM9200-CJ-002 Product Details
The RM9200 is based on the Atmel ARM920T 32-bit RISC processor with 16KB instruction and 16KB data cache memories. It operates at a maximum speed of 180MHz. The device features 16KB of on-chip SRAM, together with an external bus interface with controllers for SDRAM and static memories, including NAND flash and CompactFlash. An extensive peripheral set includes FS USB host and device ports, 10/100 Base-T Ethernet MAC, multimedia card interface, three synchronous serial controllers, four USARTs, master/slave SPI,six timer/counters, and TWI (I2C). Peripheral DMA channels maximize the data throughput between these interfaces and the on- and off-chip memories. The device is supplied in 208-pin PQFP or 266-ball BGA packages.
