The combined company will focus on the three major areas of operations, infrastructure and defense, and is expected to become a wireless component giant that can provide a variety of key RF building blocks to simplify the design of mobile phones and equipment. Now, TriQuint and RFMD have merged to become Qorvo, the new global leader in RF solutions.
