    MILPITAS, Calif., December. 15, 2015 -- Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc., a leader in advanced memory and analog IC solutio, announced it has launched an Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) Q100-certified LED drive controller. The AEC-Q100 certification was developed to provide automotive manufacture and supplie with a set of industry-wide methods and procedures designed to assist in obtaining the best, most robust device for the application. AEC-Q100 certified IC products are subject to exteive reliability stress tests over the wide temperature range of -40 to +125 degree C. Several thousand samples of the IC must successfully withstand the stress tests for an extended period of time, in order to be certified. Achieving this certification exemplifies ISSI’s commitment to providing high-performance, high-quality products for the automotive industry.

    ISSI introduces its new Family of IS25LP (2.5/3V) and IS25WP (1.8V) series of flash devices. The family builds upon the success of ISSI’s IS25LQ (2.5/3V) and IS25WQ (1.8V) family by introducing leading edge features such as double data rate (DTDDR) interface modes, SFDP support, and the popular 2 cycle itruction input (QPI mode).
