Introduction to the programme
Currenttly, more and more automotive electronics, such as headlights, windshield wipers, and anti theft controls, are an integral part of the standard features of the car, along with a variety of comfort features, like remote control keys and automatic air-conditioning control. In the future, more and more mass-produced car series will add more and more innovative functions, such as automatic start-stop and sensor-assisted fetal pressure monitoring. All of these functions combine to form the electronic control system for the body of a car. These features can improve the comfort and safety of driving, and today they are almost as important to cars as the engines under the hood. So what do these electronic controls have in common? They are all under the command of the body control unit behind the scenes.
The microprocessor is the data processing center of the vehicle body controller.
Provides large current output and controls the glass elevator or central door control system.
Control the vehicle's exterior lights, such as light bulbs, xenon lamps and LED lights.
Use Relays to control the glass elevator or the central door control system.
With a 24-pin signal interface (single plug-in) , the switch signal is realized, the sensor signal or the car data bus is connected with the body controller.
